Gameday First Play – One Night Ultimate Vampire

Like Werewolf, but with Vampires.

It left a Mark.

In One Night Ultimate Vampire, the sun has just set, and vampires have descended on your sleepy little town, slowly turning the villagers into even more vampires. Fortunately, the village has several residents with special powers, with most willing to help eliminate this fanged menace!

This will be a short one as the game works the same way as One Night Ultimate Werewolf except everyone has a Mark, and there is a Dusk phase.

Everyone gets a role and 3 are placed in the middle as normal, but everyone also gets a face down Mark of Clarity. This does nothing… for now.

One Night Ultimate Vampire Bits

In the Dusk phase, players still have their eyes closed but some roles will switch and replace these Marks of Clarity. For example, the Vampires open their eyes and look at each other then give on other player a Mark of the Vampire… This of course means they become a Vampire, but their role doesn’t change.

At the end of the Dusk phase players wake up and look at their Mark (not role card) before going back to sleep for night.

This adds an extra layer to the game and makes it much harder to ‘figure out’ than Werewolf.

The new roles are great and some have their own marks that can change things up a bit.

I guess I’ll be playing this a lot in the coming months!
